The TURBO coil for pulse jet valve is connect with DIN43650A connector , the normal voltage is AC220V DC24V AC110V , other voltage could be customized.
The reaction time of a DC solenoid can be shortened by applying a higher than the nominal voltage for a few milliseconds. This gives a similar effect to the inrush of an AC solenoid. When the armature reaches the end of its stroke, the voltage can be lowered to less than half nominal. This shortens the switch-off time and reduces heat.
The ascendancy is durable and stable , and all solenoids of this system could be sustain high temperature and high pressure , the working life would be used at least 100million cycles.
Thermosetting material will help the coil more stable and safely.

The suggested interface dimensions of the valve body are shown on the right side .
Any change to the prescribed dimensions can effect the performances of the solenoid operator .
The Turbo coil is fastened to the plunger guide tube by means of a knurled nut for ease of change over without interrupting the pneumatic circuit .
